DSI is currently dominated by a small group of organisations and communities. To make the most of the potential in DSI funders should put significan investment in to the development of skills within civil society organisations, NGO's and social enterprises to do digital. Funding could focus on bringing together tech community with civil society orgs to experiment and develop solutions.
