Don't close A&E services and bring in better out of hours services
Proper evaluation and prioritisation of ALL services is essential to ensure that the NHS resources are utilised effectively and to the maximum benefit of all citizens If this means that, in the larger scheme of things, some services are more effectively and efficiently by other means, then there is no reason why those services should be closed.
