Abolish MPs second property system

It is widely acknowledged that MPs profit from the overheated London market and have no intention of taking on the issue. A large percentage also profit as landlords. A university-style halls of residence could replace this openly abused facility. It would also stop the ability to 'flip' properties using expences to furnish each, heating stables and maintaining duck ponds.
