Decoupling financial influence from political institutions
No entity (Company, Trust, Union, Lobbyist or Non-dom etc) should be able to give money. Only individuals registered to pay tax in the uk (could be done via National Insurance number) up to a small individual limit.
I believe that even on this point alone , there would be a great change for the future !
