Value humility, learn to listen to each other

A lot of people avoid confrontation and conversation. The two big ones are, don't talk about politics and religion, because we may fall out and disagree. We feel it is important to have humility and to listen to the other, to understand that even if we see things differently, that we can still hold that space for conversation and coming together. We can take personal responsibility about how we hold that space even if we don't come to common agreement
